From the thickness of the steel to the copper accents, this cooker is exactly what anyone that knows what to look for in a quality traditional offset would hope to find. The grate level smoke collector and the wide stack is ideal for optimal airflow. The firebox is a beast that I easily use 18 inch splits in without a problem. I seriously can’t overstate how lucky I feel to have this company. Much bigger name brands are selling thinner less quality versions of this design for way more money. Look no further. This smoker is one of my most prized possessions and Iintend to pass it down generations because it is certainly built to last lifetimes.
